Partner Manager
Build Pacera’s UK partner ecosystem, forge high-value alliances and turn joint go-to-market initiatives into measurable growth for finance teams.
Partner Manager
Team: Sales - Location: London/UK
Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A into one intelligent platform. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams turn trusted data into AI-driven insight — powering robust, scalable, and smarter decision-making for the Office of the CFO.
About the role
As we continue to grow in the UK, partnerships will play an increasingly important role in our go-to-market strategy. We are looking for a commercially minded Partner Manager to build and develop a high-quality ecosystem of strategic partners that can extend our market reach, strengthen our customer proposition and contribute to sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on commercial role with significant ownership. You will work closely with senior leadership and our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer teams to identify, develop and scale partnerships that create genuine value for Pacera, our partners and our customers.
Success will be measured by the quality and productivity of the partner ecosystem and its contribution to pipeline, revenue and customer success. We are looking for someone who understands that successful partnerships are built around commercial outcomes, not simply the number of relationships established.
What you will do
Develop and execute Pacera's UK partnership strategy.
Identify, recruit and develop high-potential strategic partners across the technology, consulting, advisory and services ecosystem.
Build strong commercial relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations.
Develop joint propositions and go-to-market initiatives with selected partners.
Work closely with Pacera's commercial teams to turn partnerships into tangible market opportunities.
Support partner-related opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
Develop the commercial frameworks, processes and enablement required to make partnerships successful.
Establish clear measures of partner performance and commercial contribution.
Continually assess the partner portfolio and focus investment on relationships delivering meaningful value.
Over time, contribute to the continued development of Pacera's broader European partner ecosystem.
What we’re looking for
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience building commercially successful partnerships within B2B software, enterprise technology, finance technology or adjacent markets.
7+ years of relevant partnerships, alliances, channel, business development or commercial experience.
Strong understanding of B2B software and enterprise technology ecosystems.
An established network across the UK technology, consulting and advisory landscape.
A track record of building partnerships that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
Experience developing joint propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to prioritise the partnerships with the greatest potential.
Confidence working directly with senior executives and commercial leaders.
A hands-on mentality and willingness to move from strategy to execution.
Experience within a scaling B2B SaaS organisation would be highly valuable.
Experience within financial software, ERP, EPM, FP&A, financial close, consolidation or finance transformation would be particularly relevant.
Someone who can hit the ground running — in year one, we'd expect a focused UK partner ecosystem, strong relationships with key partners, joint commercial initiatives live, and a scalable approach to partner management in place.
What we offer
The opportunity to be part of our next phase of growth and expansion, backed by strategic private equity investment.
Competitive compensation and benefits package including pension, flex hours, wellness allowances and more.
Remote working.
