Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO.

About the role

The role sits at the intersection of legal, compliance, and corporate governance — supporting our management team and business units with contracts, regulatory matters, risk assessments, and compliance programs. Key areas of knowledge include ISO 27001 and the EU AI Act, which are increasingly relevant to our operations.

What you will do

• Develop and monitor compliance programs and policies

• Draft and review contracts and legal documents

• Provide legal advice and risk assessments to management

• Manage corporate governance and regulatory filings

• Coordinate with external counsel, auditors, and authorities

• Monitor legislative changes and advise on business impact

• Support internal training on legal and compliance matters
  

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field

• Proven experience in legal, compliance, risk, or corporate governance

• Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks and contract management

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• High integrity and professionalism
